What's in it for You?
The Boost Pathway to Success is a program that will set you up for success in Canada's workplace.
Employability readiness training. Through facilitators and special guest experts, we will give you the knowledge you need to succeed in the job market and among Canadian workers. First aid and mental health training and certification are free as part of the program.
Boost staff will work with you to prepare for the interview, and land the job. The job will last for about 12 weeks after you have completed the training portion of the program.
Throughout your 10 weeks of training, you will receive support from facilitators and advice from guest speakers. This will help you to learn and implement new skills. Afterwards, you will receive support for your job search and thus start your 12 weeks of work experience. Even after the 12 weeks of work experience, you will still receive ongoing support from Boost staff. In addition to all of this job help, you will also receive mental and emotional support from your colleagues and the Boost staff.
Boost encourages a sense of community and ties to peers. Together, you can forge enduring bonds and get peer support by completing the programme. The participants who take part in our programme create a powerful community where everyone contributes in and supports one another. You’ll be able to respond more effectively, adapt, and get beyond work obstacles as a result.
